In this highly interactive session the presenter will introduce the DREAM approach to organizational development. DREAM stands for Dispute Resolution, Engagement and Alignment, and Mindfulness. This session will explore how creating systems for dispute/conflict resolution; engagement with individual and organizational values; and organizational commitment to mindfulness and wellness can shift organizational climate and create a culture of growth, connection, and dialogue.
