Albert is an HR professional with more than 15 years of experience as both an HR consultant and HR director, guided by the belief that HR should help employees find joy in their work while enabling organizations to retain talent. He earned a master’s degree in human resources in 2012 and has worked across diverse organizational settings. While serving as HR director for a special service district of approximately 500 employees, Albert led the search for a performance management system and found that existing options lacked the flexibility and affordability his organization required. In response, he designed and built a solution grounded in real-world HR practice and operational needs.
