As President and Founder of Illuminate PMC, David blends humor, heart, and science to deliver engaging, evidence-based sessions on burnout, culture, and leadership. He holds a master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a PhD in Business Psychology. His research explores burnout, meaningful work, and the changing nature of passion for work. David teaches in the University of Maryland’s I/O Psychology graduate program and is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional. Known for his authenticity and humor, he has spoken for audiences across industries including healthcare, law, technology, and manufacturing. His mission is simple: to help people love their work again without burning out in the process.
