An Army officer with extensive experience in talent development, leadership education, and organizational culture, Chris has designed and facilitated programs that support emerging leaders, enhance retention, and build inclusive learning environments. His work blends evidence-based adult learning practices with practical frameworks for personalized mentoring and leader growth.

Chris is passionate about empowering HR and people-development professionals to create tailored, scalable mentorship ecosystems that drive belonging, performance, and resilience. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Adult Learning & Leadership at Kansas State University and has been published across multiple military leadership platforms.
