As a Managing Director at Strategic Retirement Partners, she partners with employers to build plans that not only work on paper but support their people in meaningful ways. Her background spans major institutions including Bank of America, T. Rowe Price, Principal, and Mercer, where she gained hands-on expertise in 401(k), 403(b), nonqualified, and executive benefit plans for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Christina is known for making complex plan topics approachable for HR teams and executives balancing people and performance. Her passion lies in helping values-driven employers—especially female founders, social impact leaders, and sustainability-focused teams—build retirement plans that reflect how they show up in the world. She actively contributes to the industry as a Board Member of WIPN and as a mentor in NAPA’s THRIVE Women’s Mentoring Program, and she serves on the Steering Committee for B Local Mid-Atlantic.
