In November, she will travel to Parliament in London to accept the “Top 100 Global Leader” Award. Recognized as “The Most Admired Leader to Watch in 2024” by Insights Success Magazine, Shari serves on the Advisory Board for Harvard Business Review, the Editorial Board for the Infonomics Society in London, and as Diversity Director for the HR‑Nebraska State SHRM Council. With certifications in Psychological Safety, Organizational Happiness, and the Chief Well‑Being Officer program, she applies research‑based strategies to modern workplace challenges. She is currently pursuing certifications in the Change Cycle Model and a Human Rights Certificate through the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights.
