Dr. Todd Walls, DM, MBA, MSW, LSSBB, is an organizational development and inclusive HR consultant, author of The Steady Shift™ © 2025, and President-Elect of the Prince William County SHRM Chapter. With more than 18 years of experience spanning the U.S. Air Force, USDA, and the Department of the Interior, Dr. Walls specializes in trauma-informed leadership, change management, and employee engagement.
As founder of E3 Strategic Solutions LLC, he partners with mission-driven organizations to design resilient, psychologically safe workplaces. Dr. Walls holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Development and Change, an MBA in HR Management, and a Master of Social Work from Columbia University. His research bridges neuroscience, DEI, and organizational behavior, helping HR professionals steady their teams through disruption with empathy, integrity, and impact.
