We invite strategic HR leaders, industry experts, people strategists, and subject‑matter experts to share innovative ideas, emerging trends, and actionable insights with 650 attendees in an engaging, immersive learning environment.  As we launch the new era of HR under our 2027 theme, Cleared for Take Off, we welcome sessions that help attendees elevate their thinking, expand their capabilities, and prepare for what’s ahead in our rapidly evolving profession. The conference will be held at the Cavalier Resort in Virginia Beach, VA.  The Cavalier Resort includes The Historic Cavalier, Marriott Oceanfront and Embassy Suites. Conference sessions will be held at the Marriott Oceanfront and Embassy Suites, April 11-14, 2027.

The Call for Speakers will close at 5:00 PM ET on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
