In an effort to preserve our room blocks for conference attendees, speakers & partners, we have removed the hotel reservation links from this page so they are not used by non-conference visitors. Please do not call the hotels to book a room!!
Once you register, your confirmation email will have link to a Hotel page with reservation links to book and pay for your hotel.
Please let us know immediately if you do not receive a confirmation email after you complete your conference registration!
- Conference sessions will take place at the Marriott Oceanfront and Embassy Suites. The Cavalier is across the street, within walking distance, and the Holiday Inn is a couple of blocks away.
- Deadline for discounted rates is March 11, 2027, unless blocks fill earlier.
- Once the room blocks are full, you may find availability through other booking sites, rates will vary.
PARKING INFORMATION
Please note that the resort provides parking for registered overnight hotel guests only. Information on shuttle transportation for this year's conference will be posted once confirmed.
There is also available street parking and lots throughout the resort area; pay attention to road signs if you choose to park on the street. The Virginia Beach Tourism site provides additional information about parking and transportation options in the resort area.
