In an effort to preserve our room blocks for conference attendees, speakers & partners, we have removed the hotel reservation links from this page so they are not used by non-conference visitors. Please do not call the hotels to book a room!!
Once you register, your confirmation email will have button/link to a Hotel page with reservation links to book and pay for your hotel. Please let us know immediately if you do not receive a confirmation email after you complete your conference registration!
- Room block rate at all 3 hotels is $174/night plus taxes, parking, other fees.
- Conference sessions will take place at the Marriott Oceanfront and Embassy Suites. The Cavalier is across the street, within walking distance.
- Deadline for discounted rates is March 12, 2026, unless blocks fill earlier.
- Once the room blocks are full, you may find availability through other booking sites, rates will vary.
PARKING: Parking at the conference hotels is limited to overnight guests of each hotel. If you are local and commuting to the conference each day, you should make arrangements to park at one of the city's parking decks/garages. There will not be a shuttle service at this year's conference. We are trying to secure parking at the sports complex and will provide additional information as we get closer to the conference.
