REGISTRATION TIPS:  Don't delay, we expect to sell-out early

  • Attendee Full Conference rate is $650 through 10/31/25, $775 11/1/25 through 3/31/26 and $900 starting 4/1/26
  • Review your entries carefully and use standard capitalization practices when entering your information. Please do not use all CAPS or all lowercase! Limit abbreviations if possible. 
  • Update your phone/email if you have changes so that you receive updates and reminders about the conference.  
  • Enter your email correctly! If you do not receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your registration, check your spam or junk email or check with your IT department to whitelist events@hrvirginia.org. Contact us if you don't receive your confirmation email.
  • Attendee Cancellation Policy:  Requests received through 3/31/26 will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee. Requests received 4/1/26 and after are non-refundable however you may transfer your registration to another person at no charge. Submit your cancellation request to events@hrvirginia.org

GROUP REGISTRATION TIPS: Don't delay, we expect to sell-out early

  • Groups of 4+ from the same company receive a $45 discount per person. 
  • Group per person rate is $605 through 10/31/25, $730 11/1/25 through 3/31/26 and $855 starting 4/1/26.
  • Group attendees must be registered at the same time, each with a separate name & email.
  • Gather the full name & email of all attendees in your group before beginning the registration process!!
  • If you are setting up registrations for the group AND you are attending as part of the group, enter your information first, then select how many ADDITIONAL people you are registering and add their info. You will pay for everyone in your group.

  • Review the various options carefully before proceeding.  
  • Be sure to update your phone/email if you have changes so that you receive updates and reminders about the conference.  
  • Please review your entries carefully and use standard capitalization practices when entering your information.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your registration, check your spam or junk email or check with your IT department to whitelist events@hrvirginia.org. Contact us if you don't receive your confirmation email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Full payment for sponsorship is due at time of registration if paying by credit card or within 30 days if paying by invoice/check/ACH. Posting of your company logo and assignment of exhibit space is made after paid registration. SHRM Virginia & DC Annual Conference reserves the right to deny exhibit space. Cancellations before 2/15/26 will result in the SHRM Virginia & DC Annual Conference retaining 50% of total spend. Cancellations received from 2/15/26 to 3/15/26, will result in the SHRM Virginia & DC  Annual Conference retaining 75% of the total spend. No refund requests granted after 3/15/26. Cancellation deadlines and fees apply. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing to: events@hrvirginia.org.
